Meet The Team
John Percival
Operations Supervisor
John Percival graduated from TOTALTEC Guyana Training Academy in May 2018, then began his career as a technician at Jaguar Oilfield Services Guyana Inc. and steadily progressed to Operations Manager, a position he has held since 2021.
Since then he has completed multiple technical and safety training programs—including NSL Levels 1–6, NDT (MPI, DPI, UT), Pressure Testing, Calibration, and ULVA—gaining strong operational competency.
John remains committed to continuous improvement, developing technicians, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of Jaguar.
Jeiel Thomas
Logistics Coordinator
Jeiel Thomas began his career in the Guyana oil and gas industry in 2021 in the logistics sector.
In 2024, Jeiel joined Jaguar as Logistics Coordinator, overseeing warehousing operations. During this time, he underwent various training courses related to lifting, and gained hands-on experience in loose lifting gear inspections, pressure testing and calibration, ULVA insulation works, and fabrication support.
Jeiel's background blends logistics management with practical exposure to offshore and industrial service operations.
